Our New Business Development Executive

Lindsay Ramirez is a tenured oil field wife, mother of two and a West Texas girl at heart. Born in San Angelo, her family moved to Dallas where she was a competitive cheerleader and was a college athlete as a cheerleader at Trinity Valley and Oklahoma State University. After earning her in Broadcast Journalism degree from OSU, Lindsay moved to Austin and to San Antonio where she and met her husband of 7 years.

Throughout Lindsay’s career she has earned recognition and awards, such as qualifying for Conference (Presidents Circle) as a rookie in a new industry, earning her a trip to Maui and being named Rookie of the Year in her Zone at a Fortune 500 company. Lindsay also has leadership experience managing sales teams in the Austin, San Antonio, RGV and New Mexico markets before leaving the industry to join the oil and gas field. After living long distance for over 5 years (oil field life) while juggling their careers and their kids, Lindsay and her husband decided to pack up their family and move from Boerne to Midland last September to finally be together under one roof.

Lindsay has always had a true passion for helping others and keeping others educated and safe. One of her most favorite and rewarding jobs was coaching a team of special needs children on a competitive cheerleading squad, which was one of her three jobs she held while living in Austin. This passion for helping others comes naturally but when her husband survived a horrific head on collision with a drunk driver on his way to work in his work truck, she felt compelled to be an advocate to help others protect their loved ones. Its is now her mission to be an advocate for safety by educating companies in the Permian Basin on how they too can protect their employees through the safety apparel offered at RPS Solutions.

Lindsay is our new Business Development Executive for the Permian Basin and she is known for her white glove customer service when it comes to taking care of her clients, always going the extra mile to ensure her clients are happy and well taken care of at all times. She enjoys doing freelance photography for local events in the Permian Basin and being a “cheerleader” at client events to show her support. When she’s not in the field with clients or taking photos, Lindsay enjoys taking her daughter to cheerleading practice, going swimming with her son and taking her two miniature Australian Shepards for rides in her husband’s Jeep. She also enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband and kids!
